Practical underdog trainer!

I've had this shoe for about a year and have been wearing it almost every day.
What I love about it: it's the first shoe I've felt comfortable in NOT wearing socks. It feels soft and comfortable but also like a proper shoe. Being able to put it in the washing machine to freshen up (I've done this twice now) is the best thing. It is definitely a trainer that matches well with a lot of my outfits, and it's comfortable enough to walk on all day, although I have to agree with other reviewers and say that this is not a suitable shoe for hiking or going on runs.
What I don't love about it: The wool seemed to release from the sole on the heel side quite early on. It's not a disturbing amount of release but it's enough for me to notice it every once in a while. It's not a shoe that I can easily slip in and out of. And after my second wash (washed to specific instructions), the inlay sole crumbled and didn't come out of the cycle intact. The sole was also quite difficult to put back in after washing, but with a bit of patience that was solved eventually.

Very comfortable and soft, I

Very comfortable and soft, I can always count on these shoes if I know I will have to walk a lot, my feet never hurt.
The only downside is that they get too warm in the sun and my feet get sweaty. Best to wear them during fall and spring months.
